摘 要
本次设计较为全面系统的研究了卧式钢筋切割机的基本形式、结构、参数和选型方法,确定了卧式钢筋切割机的总体设计方案,论文运用材料力学和弹性力学的基本原理,采用电动机经一级三角带传动和二级齿轮传动减速后,带动曲轴旋转,曲轴推动连杆使滑块和动刀片在机座的滑道中作往复直线运动,使活动刀片和固定刀片相错而切割钢筋。
本设计的传动方案分析:采用的减速装置是三级减速装置,先是一级带减速,再两级齿轮减速。首先采用一级带传动,因为带传动具有缓冲、吸振、运行平稳、噪声小、合过载保护等优点,并安装张紧轮。然后采用两级齿轮减速,因为齿轮传动可用来传递空间任意两轴间的运动和动力,并具有功率范围大,传动效率高,传动比准确,使用寿命长,工作安全可靠等特点。动力由电动机输出,通过减速系统传动,把动力输入到执行机构。由于传动系统作 的是回转运动,而钢筋切割机的执行机构需要的直线往复运动,为了实现这种转换,可以采用曲柄滑块机构,盘行凸轮移动滚子从动件机构,齿轮齿条机构。考虑现实条件我决定采用曲柄滑块机构作为本机械的执行机构。

Abstract
In this design, the basic form, structure, parameters and selection method of horizontal steel bar cutting machine are studied comprehensively and systematically, the overall design scheme of horizontal steel bar cutting machine is determined, and the basic principles of material mechanics and elastic mechanics are used in this paper. After the motor is decelerated by the first triangular belt drive and the second gear drive, the crankshaft drives the crankshaft to rotate. The crankshaft drives the connecting rod to make the slider and the moving blade move in a reciprocating straight line in the slide of the base, which makes the movable blade and the fixed blade wrong and cut off the reinforcing bar.
Analysis of the transmission scheme: the deceleration device is a three-stage deceleration device, first one-stage belt deceleration, and then two-stage gear deceleration. First of all, the first-stage belt drive is adopted, because the belt drive has the advantages of buffer, vibration absorption, smooth operation, low noise, close-load protection and so on, and the tension wheel is installed. Then two-stage gear deceleration is adopted because gear transmission can be used to transfer the movement and power between any two shafts in space. It has the characteristics of large power range, high transmission efficiency, accurate transmission ratio, long service life, safe and reliable work, and so on. Power output from the motor, drive through the deceleration system, the power input to the actuator. As a result of the transmission system In order to realize this conversion, the crank-slider mechanism, the roller follower mechanism of the disc cam, and the rack and rack mechanism of the gear can be used in order to realize this kind of conversion. It is the rotary motion, and the linear reciprocating motion required by the executive mechanism of the steel bar cutting machine. Considering the actual conditions, I decided to use the crank-slider mechanism as the executive mechanism of this machine.
