摘  要

当今时代是飞速发展的信息时代。在各行各业中离不开信息处理，这正是计算机被广泛应用于信息管理系统的环境。计算机的最大好处在于利用它能够进行信息管理。使用计算机进行信息控制，不仅提高了工作效率，而且大大的提高了其安全性。尤其对于复杂的信息管理，计算机能够充分发挥它的优越性。计算机进行信息管理与信息管理系统的开发密切相关，系统的开发是系统管理的前提，计算机已经不再是奢侈品，已经是人类生活中必不可少的电子产品，它的用途不仅仅是用于娱乐，还可以利用基于其上开发的信息管理系统来服务人类的生活和工作。

在当今的社会，可以说是信息技术的发展时代，在社会的方方面面无不涉及到各种信息的处理。信息是人们对客观世界的具体描述，是人们进行交流与联系的重要途径。人类社会就处在一个对信息进行有效合理的加工中。它将促进整个社会的发展。随着社会信息技术的提高，计算机已被广泛应用于当今社会的各个领域，成为推动社会发展的首要技术动力。在当今信息时代，人们的生活方式随着Internet的不断发展发生了不同寻常的改变。

在传统的社团管理工作中，一项活动的开展往往需要策划，申请，批准，意见收集等环节，而这过程中找社团部的老师批准，获取各种活动资源都需要学生在老师办公室与寝室之间来回跑动，浪费了很多不必要的时间与精力，使得活动准备时间过长，也带来诸多不便。

随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展，利用网络进行管理越来越成为学校管理的发展方向。社团管理系统，利用先进的计算机技术、网络通信技术、多媒体技术等相关的技术，将各社团与学校管理老师联系起来实现即时信息通迅，为老师和学生都节约了大量的时间与精力并大大提高了学校管理社团工作的效率与质量，同时也精简了学校管理机构。

Abstract

The present age is a rapidly developing information age. Information processing is indispensable in various industries, which is the environment in which computers are widely used in information management systems. The greatest advantage of a computer is its ability to manage information. The use of computer for information control not only improves the working efficiency, but also greatly improves its security. Especially for complex information management, the computer can give full play to its advantages. Computer information management is closely related to the development of information management system. The development of system is the premise of system management. The computer is no longer a luxury item and is an indispensable electronic part of human life. Products are used not only for entertainment, but also for the use of information management systems based on them to serve human life and work.

In today’s society, can be said to be the development of information technology era, in all aspects of the society involved in all kinds of information processing. Information is a specific description of the objective world and an important way for people to communicate and connect. Human society is in an effective and reasonable processing of information. It will promote the development of the whole society. With the improvement of social information technology, computer has been widely used in various fields of society, and has become the primary technical power to promote social development. In the information age, people’s way of life has changed with the development of Internet.

In traditional community management, the development of an activity often requires planning, application, approval, collection of opinions, and so on. In this process, the teacher of the association department is asked to approve it. Getting all kinds of activity resources requires students to run back and forth between the teacher’s office and dormitory, wasting a lot of unnecessary time and energy, making the activity preparation time is too long, but also brings a lot of inconvenience.

With the development of computer technology and network technology, network management is becoming the development direction of school management. The community management system uses advanced computer technology, network communication technology, multimedia technology and other related technologies to link the associations with school management teachers to achieve instant information communication. It saves a lot of time and energy for both teachers and students and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the school management community work, at the same time, it also simplifies the school management organization.
