党籍信息管理系统的应用与开发

摘要：党籍管理信息系统是党组织基层党建工作不可缺少的组成部分。一个功能齐全、简单实用的党籍管理信息系统可以合理缓解党籍管理人员的工作压力。本系统设计是基于SSM、MYSQL、JSP技术和高校党务管理信息系统。该系统是在Windows 7计算机操作系统的自然环境下开发和设计的。系统软件的关键是完成对学校党员信息的统计分析、查看、删除和添加等功能，并根据这一作用进一步推动学校党建基础设施的信息规划。系统软件关键包括留言评论管理、管理信息系统和党员管理三个控制模块。其中，消息评论管理控制模块包含消息管理和评论方法两个子控制模块。用户管理系统控制模块的关键功能是开发针对用户的管理方法的系统软件。管理信息系统控制模块的关键功能是赋予系统软件的客户一定的管理权限，以保证当事人信息的安全性和有效性。党员管理控制模块是系统软件中的关键控制模块。控制模块完成了相关党员申请基本信息文件的输入、修改、搜索、删除、上传等功能。在入党搜索的整个过程中，可以根据学生的身份、性别和所在部门，完成对入党积极分子的统计分析和管理。在整个系统软件的开发和设计过程中，为了更好的保证系统软件能够在不同的计算机浏览器中使用，还进行了计算机浏览器的可用性测试。

The application and development of Party member information management system

Absrtact: Party member management information system is an indispensable part of the party building at the grass-roots level of the party organization. A fully functional, simple and practical Party member management information system can reasonably relieve the work pressure of Party member management personnel. The design of the system is based on SSM, mysql, JSP technology and management information system for College Communist Party members. The system is developed and designed under the natural environment of Windows 7 computer operating system. The key of the system software is to complete the functions of statistical analysis, view, delete and add the information of Party members in the school, and further promote the information planning of Party building infrastructure in the school according to this role. The system software key includes three control modules, including message comment management, management information system and Party member management. Among them, the message management control module includes two sub control modules: message management and comment method. The key function of the control module of the user management system is to develop management methods for the customers of the system software. The key function of the control module of management information system is to grant certain management authority to the customers of the system software, so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the Party member information. Party member management control module is the key control module in the system software. The control module completes the functions of inputting, modifying, searching, deleting and uploading the documents of related party members’ application basic information. Among them, in the whole process of finding party members, statistical analysis and management of activists can be completed according to the identity, gender and Department of the students. In the whole process of developing and designing the system software, in order to better ensure the normal use of the system software in different computer browsers, the usability test of the system software is also carried out.

1.1 系统开发的意义

党籍管理信息系统是党组织基层党建工作不可缺少的组成部分。一个功能齐全、简单实用的党籍管理信息系统，本系统可以缓解党籍、党校管理人员的工作压力，提高工作效率。随着经济发展的趋势和工人之间的频繁交流，党员管理需要一套信息管理系统，以提高信息管理的便捷性和准确性。因此，建立党员管理数据库，将所有党员信息内容(包括移动党籍信息内容)存储在信息内容列表中，便于管理、查看和统计分析就显得尤为重要。
