摩托车头盔的逆向建模与设计 说明书（论文）

摘    要

本毕业设计主要是进行摩托车头盔的逆向建模与设计过程。设计是基于逆向工程的建模。这是目前应用较为广泛的逆向建模方法。以软件GeomagicStudio平台先行处理点云数据，之后在生成的多边形的基础上修缮，获得曲面数据，然后精细调节加工，导出一个由面片构成的模型。之后再用UG和solidworks进行细加工。最终得到产品的CAD实体模型。

该论文详细说明了本次摩托车头盔的逆向建模与设计的步骤及其操作方法，包括课题背景、基本原理的介绍、初期硬件的选择、设计软件的选择介绍、数据的获取、对获取数据的处理、软件具体的操作方法。本设计操作难度适中，虽然使用的软件和硬件涉及课外知识，但是在学习后即可个人独立完成。

ABSTRACT

This graduation project is mainly the reverse modeling and design process of motorcycle helmet. Design is based on reverse engineering modeling. This is a widely used reverse modeling method. Using the software Geomagic studio platform to process the point cloud data first, then on the basis of the generated polygons, the surface data is obtained, and then fine-tuning processing is carried out to derive a model composed of patches. After that, UG and SolidWorks are used for fine machining. Finally, the CAD entity model of the product is obtained.

This paper details the steps and operation methods of the reverse modeling and design of motorcycle helmet, including the background of the subject, the introduction of basic principles, the selection of initial hardware, the selection of design software, the acquisition of data, the processing of acquired data, and the specific operation methods of software. The difficulty of the design is moderate. Although the software and hardware involved in extra-curricular knowledge, they can be completed independently after learning.
