摘  要

本次毕业设计是我在校学习实践的最后一个关键阶段，是各个教学环节的继续、深化和扩展，是锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题，综合能力提高的重要阶段，此次毕业设计的主要任务是文苑楼住宅楼3单元招标文件的编制，本工程位于XX省XX市，建筑层数为地下一层，建筑面积为1878.27m2，地上六层，建筑面积为3332.96m2，建筑面积共计5211.23m2，建筑类型为多层住宅，结构形式为框架结构，建筑设计使用年限为50年，耐火等级为二级，无抗震设计要求。

通过老师的指导和对课程教材及有关参考资料的收集及钻研学习，掌握了运用广联达钢筋算量、广联达图形算量软件计算出工程的工程量，并且利用广联达计价软件进行建设工程施工图预算书的编制，在编制预算文件中掌握工程量清单计价的基本方法。招标文件的编制也是本次毕业设计的关键环节之一，本次招标文件采用的是公开招标，评标采用综合评标办法，还包括招标须知、合同条款及格式、图纸、技术标准和要求及对投标文件格式的要求等内容。

按照毕业设计任务书要求，运用所学专业知识，在指导老师及同学的帮助下完成资料的收集整理，完成了本工程施工图预算书的和施工招标文件的编制，此次毕业设计锻炼了我们创新思维和动手实践的能力，提高了我们运用专业知识解决实际中遇到问题并解决问题的能力，对今后的工作学习，都具有十分重要的作用和意义，为以后步入社会，打下坚实的基础。

Abstract

This graduation project is the last key stage of my school study and practice，is the continuation，deepening and expansion of each teaching link，is an important stage to train students to analyze problems，solve problems and improve their comprehensive ability. the main task of this graduation design is the compilation of bidding documents for unit 3 of Wenyuan Building Residential Building. The project is located in XX City，XX Province. The number of building floors is the first basement，the building area is 1878. 27m2，and the ground floor is six floors. The construction area is 3332.96m2，the total construction area is 5211.23m2，the building type is multi-storey residence，the structure form is frame structure，and the service life of architectural design is 5211.23m2. For 50 years，the fire resistance grade is the second class，and there is no seismic design requirement.

Through the teacher’s instruction and the collection and study of the course materials and related reference materials，we have mastered the basic method of calculating the bill of quantities in the budget document of the construction project by using the software of calculating the amount of steel bar and graphic calculation of the project. The preparation of tender documents is also one of the key links in this graduation project. The tender documents are open tender，and the bid evaluation adopts comprehensive bid evaluation method，including tender instructions，contract terms and format，drawings，technical standards and requirements，and requirements for the format of tender documents，etc.  Jung.

According to the requirements of the graduation design task book，using the professional knowledge learned，with the help of teachers and students to complete the data collection and collation，completed the project construction drawing budget and the preparation of construction bidding documents，this graduation project has trained our innovative thinking and hands-on ability to improve our ability to use professional knowledge to solve practical problems and solve problems，for the future work and study，have a very important role and significance，for the future step into the society，lay a solid foundation.
