摘  要

自我国建设领域引入招投标制度以来，招投标制度作为工程承包发的主要形式在国际国内的工程项目建设中已广泛实施。

本设计是编制XX市空中花园住宅楼2号标段施工标段招标文件，该工程采用砖混结构形式，工程总建筑面积1958.54平方米，为地面七层建筑，建筑总高度为21.90m；建筑耐火等级为二级，建筑结构安全等级为二级，地基基础设计等级为丙级，结构设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度7度；招标的范围为土建工程、安装工程和装饰装修工程。设计以国家工商行政管理局和建设部颁发的《建设工程合同示范文本》（GF-99-0201）、《2009云南省建设工程工程量清单计价规则》、《建设工程招投标法》、相应施工图纸为编制依据，采用工程量清单计价方法，选用经评审的最低投标价法评标定标，结合本工程实际情况编制招标文件。

ABSTRACT

Since the introduction of bidding system in China’s construction field, bidding system as the main form of project contracting has been widely implemented in international and domestic project construction.

This design is to compile the bidding documents of the construction section 2 of XX aerial Garden Residential Building, which adopts brick-concrete structure form, the total construction area of the project is 1958.54 square meters, the total building height is 21.90m, the fire resistance grade of the building is the second class, the safety grade of the building structure is the second class, the foundation foundation design grade is grade C, the service life of the structure design is 50 years, and the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees. The scope of bidding is civil works, installation works and decoration works.
