摘 要
随着计算机应用技术的提高,更多的计算机辅助设计软件应用于现代模具设计与制造中,UG就是目前应用越来越广泛的一种机械产品设计软件,其MOLDWlZARD模块是注塑模具自动化设计的专业应用模块.通过利用该软件对学习机风扇盒盖注塑模具的没计研究,对注塑模具生产企业有着非常重要的意义,会大大地缩短模具新产品的开发周期,降低生产成本,提高经济效益.本文采用模块化设计思想和UG二次开发技术,解决了用UG软件进行机械设计时,许多常用件需要多次重新设计的问题。常用件模块以菜单的方式结合在UG软件中,这具有良好的可扩充性和可移植性。本文利用UG对落地扇主要零件进行三维设计,并对其进行运动仿真及扇叶的注塑模设计。
落地扇产品的外观形状多由自由型曲线曲面组成,其共同点是必须保证曲面光顺。曲面光顺从直观上可以理解为保证曲面光滑而且圆顺,不会引起视觉上的凸凹感。要保证构造出来的曲面既光顺又能满足一定的精度要求,就必须掌握一定的曲面造型技巧;对UG软件熟练掌握,以典型机械产品落地扇为研究对象,实现三维实体建模;实现零件的设计、装配,动态仿真;进行落地扇主体零件设计、装配,用UG模拟装配过程;对风扇扇叶的注塑模设计;能够熟练使用UG仿真,掌握三维CAD造型的原理,应用UG软件进行机电产品开发,能够大大提高设计效率与质量,减短新产品开发周期,从而降低企业设计成本,提高生产效率。

Abstract
With the improvement of computer application technology,more computer aided design software is used in modern mould design and manufacture. UG is a kind of mechanical product design software which is more and more widely used at present,and its MOLDWlZARD module is the professional application module of automatic design of injection mould. By using this software to study the injection mould of fan box cover of learning machine,it is of great significance to the injection mould production enterprise,which will greatly shorten the development cycle of new mould products,reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit. This paper adopts modular design idea and UG secondary development technology to solve the problem of using UG software When doing mechanical design,many common parts need to be redesigned many times. Common parts modules are combined in UG software by menu,which has good scalability and portability. Based on the UG,the main parts of the floor fan are designed in 3D,and the motion simulation and injection mould design are carried out.
The appearance shape of floor fan product is mostly composed of free curve surface,and its common point is that the surface must be smooth. Surface smoothness can be understood intuitively to ensure that the surface is smooth and round,and will not cause visual convex and concave feeling. If we want to ensure that the surface is smooth and can meet certain precision requirements,we must master certain surface modeling skills;master the UG software skillfully,take the typical mechanical product floor fan as the research object,realize the 3D solid modeling;realize the part design,assembly,dynamic simulation;carry on the floor fan main part design,assembly,use the UG to simulate the assembly process;set up the injection mold for the fan blade. To be able to skillfully use UG simulation,master the principle of 3D CAD modeling,apply UG software to develop electromechanical products,can greatly improve the design efficiency and quality,reduce the new product development cycle,so as to reduce the cost of enterprise design and improve production efficiency.
