摘  要

随着Internet的普及，人们获取信息的方式已经发生了激动人心的转变。互联网正在融入我们的生活，并影响和改变着我们的生活。由于计算机的使用，使得人们在管理、应用及服务等各个领域使用数据方面变得更加简洁，更加方便，大大提高了工作效率，产生了以计算机为主体，以人为辅助的局面。

很多校园网站都提供信息化教学栏目，许多学校和个人网站也需要定期发布一些关于学校或网站的信息化教学。因为网络中信息化教学发布的频率非常高，如果使用静态网页作为信息化教学页面，则维护工作将非常繁琐，管理员每天需要制作大量的网页，从而浪费很多时间和精力。使用信息化教学发布及管理系统可以使信息化教学发布和管理变得很轻松，管理员只需设置标题、内容和图片等信息化教学就可以了，系统将自动生成对应的网页。

信息化教学发布系统是现代生活不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于信息化教学的决管理者阅读者来说都至关重要,所以信息化教学发布系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。

数字化信息管理教学及项目实验中心系统设计与实现采用B/S架构进行开发，使用当前流行的java技术进行开发，开发环境采用myeclipse进行开发，数据库使用mysql数据库来存储数据信息。

ABSTRACT

 

With the popularity of Internet, the way people get information has changed dramatically. The Internet is integrating into our life, influencing and changing our life. Due to the use of computer, people in the management, application and service of various fields of data use has become more concise, more convenient, greatly improve the work efficiency, resulting in the computer as the main body, with human assistance situation.

Many campus websites provide information-based teaching columns, and many schools and personal websites also need to regularly publish some information-based teaching about schools or websites. Because the frequency of information-based teaching in the network is very high, if the static web page is used as the information-based teaching page, the maintenance work will be very cumbersome, the administrator needs to make a lot of web pages every day, thus wasting a lot of time and energy. The use of information-based teaching publishing and management system can make information-based teaching publishing and management become very easy. Administrators only need to set the title, content and pictures of information-based teaching, and the system will automatically generate the corresponding web page.

The information-based teaching publishing system is an indispensable part of modern life, its content is very important for the decision-makers and readers of information-based teaching, so the information-based teaching publishing system should be able to provide users with sufficient information and quick query means. But for a long time, people use the traditional manual way to manage files. This management method has many shortcomings, such as low efficiency and poor confidentiality. In addition, over a long period of time, a large number of files and data will be generated, which brings many difficulties to search, update and maintain.

The design and implementation of digital information management teaching and project experiment center system adopts B / S architecture for development, uses the current popular Java technology for development, the development environment uses MyEclipse for development, and the database uses MySQL database to store data information.
