摘 要
本次设计以现有的家用型绞肉机为基础。在取得家用型绞肉机的一些基本资料以后，通过分析现有家用型绞肉机的不同特点和用途可以对本次的设计题目做一个初步定位。加之对现有家用型绞肉机可能出现的不足之处进行改进。考虑将多种功能在一台机子上实现得可能性。初步确定设计方案，并确定此次设计的大致功能。
从现有的家用型绞肉机的改进。那么初期设计的重点就是在原有的基础上怎样将新得功能附加上去。在这个过程中，先形成对功能模块的布局。画出关键机构和联接部分的草图，并借助PRO/E和AutoCAD软件作出这些部分的准确图形，在准确的图形上再次分析布局的合理性，形成一个初期产品。再由导师的检验和建议后对缺陷和不合理的地方进行改善。在这个过程中借助AutoCAD等绘图和仿真软件。在导师的指引下并考虑外形的美观对关键机构进行分析和设计，计算尺寸、分析应力、校核材料等。再根据机构得分布设计出产品的外形。最后再次分析论证，得出设计结果。

Abstract
This design is based on the existing domestic meat grinder. After obtaining some basic data of the domestic meat grinder, by analyzing the different characteristics and uses of the existing domestic meat grinder, we can make a preliminary positioning of the design topic. In addition to the existing domestic meat grinder may appear in the shortcomings of improvement. Consider the possibility of implementing multiple functions on a single machine. Preliminary determine the design plan, and determine the general function of the design.
Improvements from existing domestic meat grinders. Then the focus of the initial design is how to attach the new functions on the basis of the original. In this process, the layout of the functional module is first formed. Draw the sketch of the key mechanism and the connection part, and make the accurate figure of these parts with the help of PRO/E and AutoCAD software, analyze the rationality of the layout again on the accurate graph, form an initial product. After being examined and advised by the mentor, the defects and unreasonable areas will be improved. In this process, drawing and simulation software such as AutoCAD are used. Under the guidance of the mentor and considering the beauty of appearance Analyze and design key mechanisms, calculate dimensions, analyze stresses, check materials, etc. Then the shape of the product is designed according to the distribution of the mechanism. Finally, the design results are obtained by analyzing and demonstrating again.
