装配式施工在建筑装修中的应用研究

摘  要

随着建筑工程行业预制装配式住宅的探索与发展，特别是国家在保障性住房方面的大力推动，装饰工程装配式施工已经进入一个亟待发展的阶段。在推动建筑装饰装配式施工的过程中，管理重心的改变、BIM技术的应用、技术方案的可行性是重中之重。本文结合装配式建筑的功能和基本特点，从我国装配式建筑的实际出发，以不同角度分析装饰工程装配式施工的优越性，同时针对装配式建筑的发展现状，浅谈建筑装饰装配式施工的发展需要具备的条件。装配式施工在建筑装修中是未来建筑装修市场的发展方向，工程质量是企业发展的根本，影响工程质量的最主要因素之一就是企业自身的施工技术水平。因此响应国家的政策导向的同时，与时俱进的改革更新，深入相关项目实地调研是发展的基本工作；本文主要分析了装配式施工在建筑装修中技术的发展背景和实际工程中的技术应用。

Abstract

With the exploration and development of prefabricated housing in construction engineering industry, especially the great promotion of affordable housing in the state, the assembly construction of decoration engineering has entered a stage of urgent development. In the process of promoting the construction of architectural decoration and assembly, the change of management center, the application of BIM technology and the feasibility of technical scheme are the most important. Based on the functions and basic characteristics of the assembled building, this paper analyzes the advantages of the assembled construction of the decoration engineering from different angles from the reality of the assembled building in our country. At the same time, in view of the present situation of the development of the assembled building, this paper briefly discusses the development of the decorative and assembled construction of the building. Conditions. Assembly construction is the development direction of the future construction decoration market in the construction decoration. The engineering quality is the foundation of the enterprise development, and one of the most important factors affecting the engineering quality is the construction technology level of the enterprise itself. Therefore, in response to the national policy guidance, the reform and renewal of keeping pace with the times, in-depth field investigation of related projects is the basic work of development. This paper mainly analyzes the development background of assembled construction technology in building decoration and the technical application in practical engineering.
