公路项目工程管理文件的编制设计

摘 要

公路的改扩建工程对社会经济发展是很重要的，又与人们生产、生活及交通运输方面是密切相联的，工程项目管理的前提是施工组织设计，做好施工组织设计，不仅可以保证工程的实施，而且可以增强施工质量保证。

本工程设计主题是对S356咸安区横沟桥至通山县黄沙铺段改扩建工程做施工组织设计。该施工组织设计是指针对本公路工程项目，在开工前针对工程本身特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求，对所需的施工劳动力、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施，经过科学计算、精心对比及合理的安排后编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件。

主要内容包括编制依据与编制原则、工程概况、施工部署、施工准备工作、主要项目施工方法及措施、各种保证措施、施工工艺框图等主要内容，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度、工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工并顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

Preparation and Design of Highway Project Management Documents

Abstract

The reconstruction and extension project of highway is very important to the social and economic development, and is closely related to people’s production, life and transportation. The premise of project management is the construction organization design, and the construction organization design can not only guarantee the implementation of the project, but also enhance the construction quality assurance.

Design theme of this project is to S356 Xian’an District Henggou Bridge to Tongshan County Huangsha Pu section reconstruction and extension project construction organization design. The construction organization design refers to a set of strategic deployment documents for reasonable construction in time and space compiled by scientific calculation, careful comparison and reasonable arrangement for the required construction labor force, construction materials, construction equipment and temporary construction facilities according to the requirements of the project according to the characteristics of the project itself and the specific conditions of the construction site before the commencement of the project.

The main contents include compiling the basis and principles, general situation of the project, construction arrangement, construction preparation work, construction methods and measures of the main project, various guarantee measures, construction process block diagram and other main contents, and compiling the targeted construction organization design.
