摘  要

本论文简要分析了13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统的发展现状、影响因素及存在的问题；介绍了目前国内外前沿的13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统的设计理念和研究方法，如智能化电控冷却系统、精确冷却理念、分流式冷却、空气侧流动和发动机热管理研究等；展望了现代13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统实现高效低耗的目标，指出采用电控冷却部件实现精确冷却和分流式冷却的有效整合是行之有效的手段，而整车热管理研究势必会成为全面提高冷却系统性能的主要方法。分析13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统的工作原理，用所学的专业知识和专业课程完成13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统主体结构的改进设计，完成13T混凝土搅拌运输车冷却系统的运动分析及参数计算；

Abstract

In this paper, the development status, influencing factors and existing problems of 13T concrete mixing truck cooling system are briefly analyzed. The design concept and research methods of cooling system of 13T concrete mixing truck at home and abroad are introduced, such as intelligent electronic control cooling system, precise cooling idea, shunt cooling, air side flow and engine heat management research, etc. The aim of realizing high efficiency and low consumption in the cooling system of modern 13T concrete mixing truck is prospected. It is pointed out that the effective integration of accurate cooling and shunt cooling with electrically controlled cooling components is an effective means. However, the research on the heat management of the whole vehicle is bound to become a comprehensive proposal. Main methods of high cooling system performance. This paper analyzes the working principle of the cooling system of the 13T concrete mixing conveyer, and completes the improvement design of the main structure of the cooling system of the 13T concrete agitator by using the specialized knowledge and courses learned. The motion analysis and parameter calculation of the cooling system of 13T concrete mixing truck are completed.
