摘 要
随着能源问题的日渐凸显,人类迫切需要寻求一种既清洁又易于获得的可再生能源.风能不仅能满足人类对清洁能源的要求,且由于风力发电技术的不断发展,风能的成本也一直在降低,所以风能的利用越来越受到各国政府的重视.风力发电机作为从自然界获取风能的关键工具,其相关技术的研究意义重大。
本文对风力发电机国内外的现状进行了研究,对风力发电机的当前液压系统进行了分析,提出了变桨距风力发电机液压系统设计方案。以空气动力学理论知识和电液比例控制技术为基础,设计了变桨距风力发电机液压系统,确定了液压系统各元件的参数,并对关键元件如变桨液压缸,驱动液压马达,高速轴液压制动器的比例控制方案进行了研究。
设计风力发电机液压系统,通过液压缸活塞运动控制桨距角的变化达到启动、停止或调节风力发电机功率的目的。液压独立变桨距系统作为大型风力发电机控制系统的关键部分,对机组的安全、稳定、高效运行具有十分重要的作用。风力机液压独立变桨距系统的原理及特点,采用了带实时故障排除的液压冗余型电液伺服变桨距执行机构;计算分析了桨叶的驱动力矩及液压缸的负载力。

ABSTRACT
As the energy problem becomes more and more prominent, human beings urgently need to seek a kind of renewable energy which is clean and easy to obtain. Wind energy can not only meet the requirements of clean energy, but also because of the continuous development of wind power technology, the cost of wind energy has been reduced, so the use of wind energy has been paid more and more attention by governments. As a key tool to obtain wind energy from nature, wind turbine technology is of great significance.
This paper studies the present situation of wind turbine at home and abroad, analyzes the current hydraulic system of wind turbine, and puts forward the design scheme of hydraulic system of variable pitch wind turbine. Based on the knowledge of aerodynamics theory and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the hydraulic system of variable pitch wind turbine is designed, the parameters of each component of hydraulic system are determined, and the key components such as variable propeller hydraulic cylinder and driving hydraulic motor are studied.
The hydraulic system of wind turbine is designed to control the change of pitch angle through piston movement of hydraulic cylinder to start, stop or adjust the power of wind turbine. As a key part of the control system of large wind turbine, the hydraulic independent variable pitch system plays an important role in the safe, stable and efficient operation of the unit. The principle and characteristics of the hydraulic independent variable pitch system of wind turbine are studied. The hydraulic redundant electro-hydraulic servo variable pitch actuator with real-time troubleshooting is adopted, and the driving torque of the blade and the load force of the hydraulic cylinder are calculated and analyzed.
