摘　要

家园共育，即家长与幼儿园共同完成孩子的教育。家园共育将幼儿园和家长紧密联系在一起，共同致力于幼儿的全面发展。在家园共育中，由于男性与女性存在着诸多差异，父母双方在孩子成长过程中所起作用是不同且不可相互替代的，父亲这一角色至关重要，但受各种因素影响，父亲在家园共育中往往存在着严重的“缺位”现象。

本研究以福清市A幼儿园小中大班的幼儿父亲作为研究对象。研究方法主要有文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法。本研究首先了解父亲、幼儿以及幼儿家庭的基本信息，然后从父亲参与家园共育的认识、频率、内容及方式、收获这四个维度进行分析，探究当前父亲参与家园共育的现状及其存在的问题，从而归结出父亲参与家园共育的影响因素。 最后，针对父亲参与家园共育存在的问题和影响父亲参与家园共育的因素，从父亲自身、家庭、幼儿园和社会的层面提出了促进父亲积极、有效地参与家园共育的策略。

Abstract

Home school co education refers to parents and kindergartens working together to complete their children’s education. Home school co education closely connects kindergarten and parents, working together to promote the comprehensive development of young children. In home school co education, due to the many differences between males and females, the roles played by both parents in the child’s growth process are different and irreplaceable. The role of the father is crucial, but due to various factors, there is often a serious “absence” phenomenon of fathers in home school co education.

This study focuses on the fathers of young children in the primary, middle, and large classes of A Kindergarten in Fuqing City. The research methods mainly include literature review, questionnaire survey, and interview. This study first understands the basic information of fathers, young children, and young children’s families, and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of fathers participating in home school co education from four dimensions: their understanding, frequency, content and methods, and gains, in order to summarize the influencing factors of fathers participating in home school co education. Finally, in response to the problems and factors affecting father’s participation in home school co education, strategies to promote father’s active and effective participation in home school co education are proposed from the perspectives of father himself, family, kindergarten, and society.
