摘 要
随着各种机械工件的产品追求轻盈、精密,对机械型企业来说,很多核心设备的机械产品的使用中,需要防护罩,同时增加产品的精密程度.大多防护罩的使用和性能的要求严格关系到企业产品的质量,这关系到企业在同类型企业中的核心竞争力,所以对于防护罩功能和用途有很大的需求.因为防护罩要求和实体设备之间要求结合恰当,所以防护罩并不仅是CAD模型,又要求和实际相互结合.因此,对于机械型企业来说,加强对防护罩的设计和制造方面的研发有助于企业未来的发展和在市场上的立足,具有极大的经济和无限的潜在价值.
本文具体地阐述了模具CAD/CAM的技术特点以及先进制造模式在模具行业中的应用,分析了国际、国内模具CAD/CAM的研究现状和发展趋势。介绍了注射成型的基本原理,特别是注射模具的结构与工作原理,对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则;详细介绍了注射模具浇注系统、成型系统和推出机构的设计过程,并对模具强度要求做了说明;最后介绍了当今世界上最为普及的三维CAD/CAM系统标准软件CREO的三维造型与数控加工。
通过本次护罩设计,可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;通过对CREO的学习,可以建立较简单零件的零件库,从而有效的提高工作效率。

Abstract
As products of various mechanical workpieces pursue lightness and precision,for mechanical enterprises,protective covers are needed in the use of mechanical products of many core equipment,and the precision degree of products is increased at the same time. The use and performance requirements of most protective covers are strictly related to the quality of enterprise products,which is related to the core competitiveness of enterprises in the same type of enterprises,so there is a great demand for the functions and uses of protective covers. Because the requirements of protective covers and physical equipment are properly combined,Therefore,the protective cover is not only a CAD model,but also a combination of requirements and practice. Therefore,for mechanical enterprises,strengthening the research and development on the design and manufacture of protective cover is conducive to the future development of enterprises and their foothold in the market,and has great economic and infinite potential value.
In this paper,the technical characteristics of mould CAD/CAM and the application of advanced manufacturing mode in mould industry are described in detail. The research status and development trend of international and domestic mould CAD/CAM are analyzed. The basic principle of injection molding is introduced,especially the structure and working principle of injection mold,and the basic design principles for injection products are put forward. The design process of injection mold gating system,molding system and ejection mechanism are introduced in detail,and the mold strength requirements are explained. Finally,the 3D modeling and NC machining of CREO,the most popular 3D CAD/CAM system standard software in the world,are introduced.
Through this shield design,we can have a preliminary understanding of the injection mold,notice some details in the design,and understand the mold structure and working principle. Through the study of CREO,a part library of simpler parts can be established,thus effectively improving the work efficiency.
