摘  要

随着新世纪网络技术的快速发展，信息通信领域的长足发展，网络经济，知识经济再不是IT等高科技行业的专利。作为传统行业之一的医疗卫生行业，如何面对网络时代带来的冲击，如何利用网络技术提高我们医疗卫生行业的管理水平和服务质量，是无法回避的问题。随着网络硬件性能的不断提高，成本不断降低，目前新建的局域网基本上都采用了性能先进的快速以太网技术，其核心交换机采用三层交换机，能很好地支持VLAN。本方案提供了丰富、全面的系统安全设计。

医院信息化建设一直是高质量、高效率医疗的保障、院内办公、信息化管理系统在各个大型医院中得到了普遍的应用。随着私立医院的快速发展，迫切需要将应用系统扩展到整个医院，各个科室、病房、病人生活区内部都已经有了固定的网络接口和信息插座，但是随着医疗科研水平不断提高，医院的交流活动日益增多，在科室、病房、职工楼、较大的综合会议中心厅等开放性场所，提供无线网络接入环境的呼声越来越高，而传统的布线建设周期长、费用高、不利于移动办公等诸多问题，于是改变医院网现有的管理模式已经迫在眉睫，必须提供一个新的环境来满足用户的需求。

经过仔细的可行性论证和研究后，众多医疗单位启动了全院无线计划，旨在建成高速率，广覆盖，易管理的安全院内无线局域网络。

Abstract

With the rapid development of network technology in the new century, the rapid development of information and communication field, network economy, knowledge economy is no longer the patent of IT and other high-tech industries.As one of the traditional industries, medical and health industry, how to face the impact of the network era, how to use network technology to improve our medical and health industry management level and service quality, is an unavoidable problem.With the continuous improvement of the network hardware performance and the continuous reduction of the cost, the newly built LAN basically adopts the advanced fast Ethernet technology. The core switch adopts layer 3 switch, which can support VLAN very well.The programme provides for Rich, comprehensive system security design.

Hospital information construction has been of high quality, high efficiency of medical care, hospital office, information management system has been widely used in various large hospitals. With the rapid development of the private hospital, in urgent need of application system will be extended to the entire hospital, various departments, units, the internal area of life of the patients have a network interface and jack fixed, but with the continuous improvement of the level of medical research, the hospital exchange increased activity in the Department, wards, staff building, large comprehensive convention center hall open places, provide wireless internet access environment is increasing, while the traditional wiring construction cycle is long, cost High usage is not conducive to mobile office, so it is urgent to change the existing management mode of hospital network, so we must provide a new environment to meet the needs of users.

After careful feasibility study and research, many medical units launched the whole hospital wireless plan, aiming to build a high rate, wide coverage and easy to manage secure local wireless LAN.
