摘  要

乙醛是常见的烃类衍生物，也是常用的化工合成中间体，其本身并没有太多直接的用途，它的价值体现在制造下游产品如醋酸、醋酐、醋酸乙烯等精细化工产品。以现有生产技术为基础，采用目前较先进的工艺，通过设计，对所学知识理论有更深的理解，并提高把理论知识应用在实际生产的能力。

本设计主要采用乙烯一步氧化制乙醛，该过程运用ASPEN模拟软件进行设计，使其达到设计出一套年产6万吨乙醛装置设计。该设计首先叙述了选择的工艺流程，其次在给定年产量的条件下，对各个工段进行物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型计算，从而对塔、换热器、泵等设备的结构及设计条件进行确定，然后对主要设备的计算；相关设备的选型；经济核算；安全、环保等；并绘制了带控制点的流程图、平面布置图及管道布置图，编制了设计说明书。

Abstract

acetaldehyde is a common hydrocarbon derivative and a commonly used intermediate in chemical synthesis. it does not have much direct use in itself. its value is reflected in the manufacture of downstream products such as acetic acid，acetic anhydride，vinyl acetate and other fine chemical products. Based on the existing production technology，using the current more advanced technology，through the design，we have a deeper understanding of the knowledge theory learned，and improve the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical production.

Ethylene oxidation is mainly used in this design to produce acetaldehyde. This process is designed by using ASPEN simulation software to design a set of acetaldehyde plant with an annual output of 60，000 tons. The design first describes the selected process flow，then under the given annual output conditions，each section of the material balance，heat balance，equipment selection calculation，so as to determine the tower，heat exchanger，pump and other equipment structure and design conditions，and then the calculation of the main equipment；related equipment selection；economic accounting；safety，environmental protection；and control point flow chart，plane layout and pipeline layout，draw up the design instructions.  Books.
