摘  要

随着食品工业的发展、人民生活水平的不断提高，食品的需求量和种类与日俱增，食品包装也日渐突出。食品包装机械是对食品进行完成全部或部分包装过程的机器。包装过程包括充填、裹包、封口等主要包装工序，以及与其相关的前后工序、计量等辅助设备。食品包装机械是食品工业生产的一个重要环节。发展食品包装机械化，可以提高劳动生产率，节约大量劳动力，可以降低劳动强度，改善劳动条件，有利于食品卫生，提高生产质量，还可以改善环境卫生，节约原料。

灌装机械是食品包装机械中的一种，通常将液体产品充填到包装容器内的机器称为灌装机械。在自动灌装机中，按照灌装的工艺要求、速度、间距和状态，准确地将待灌瓶送入主转盘升降托瓶台上，是保证灌装机正常而有序地工作的关键。

本文针对传统灌装机性能比较单一、自动化程度低、通用性差，灌装速度调整不方便，而且难以适用瓶形、液体物料及灌装规格的变化等问题，结合全自动液体灌装的工艺流程，分析灌装机的供瓶机构设计的工作过程及其主要部件的功能，重点介绍灌装机的供瓶机构设计关键工作环节的工作原理及控制要求。灌装机的供瓶机构设计实现灌装生产高速化、精确化、智能化、多功能化以及操作界面人性化的要求。对灌装工作过程进行实时监控及动态管理，提高液体灌装的自动化水平，提高了生产效率。

Abstract

With the development of food industry and the improvement of people’s living standard, the demand and variety of food are increasing day by day, and the food packaging is becoming more and more prominent. Food packaging machinery is a machine that completes all or part of the packaging process of food. Packaging process includes filling, wrapping, sealing and other main packaging processes, as well as related before and after the process, metering and other auxiliary equipment. Food packaging machinery is an important link in the production of food industry. The development of food packaging mechanization can improve labor productivity, save a lot of labor, reduce labor intensity, improve working conditions, benefit food hygiene, improve production quality, improve environmental hygiene and save raw materials.

Filling machine is one of food packaging machinery, usually the machine that fills liquid products into packaging containers is called filling machine. In the automatic filling machine, according to the process requirements, speed, spacing and state of filling, it is the key to ensure the filling machine to work normally and orderly.

This paper analyzes the working process of automatic liquid filling machine and the function of its main components, especially introduces the working principle and control requirements of the key of automatic liquid filling machine. Automatic liquid filling machine realizes the requirements of high speed, precision, intelligence, multifunction and humanized operation interface. Real-time monitoring and dynamic management of filling process can improve the automation level of liquid filling and improve production efficiency.
