摘 要
童车制造业却仍处在世界童车产业链条的低端位置,这就需要我们认真分析三轮自行车的发展现状,找到不足之处,为其未来的发展奠定基础。缺乏自主产权的原创设计、产品的安全质量问题等等仍是影响童车制造业迈上新台阶的巨大困扰。儿童三轮自行车发展现状及趋势的分析与研究是培养企业创新能力,强化企业竞争能力的重要手段。通过对儿童用三轮自行车的市场研究,分析儿童三轮自行车制造方面存在的问题,进一步提出三轮自行车的结构、功能等各方面的改进的合理化建议,使企业迅速提高童车产品的自主创新能力,保持市场竞争优势,进而提升中国儿童三轮自行车制造业在世界产业链中的地位。
本次设计分析了儿童三轮自行车的结构及工作原理,学习Proe三维造型软件的基础操作,特征造型方法及运动仿真等,正确画出儿童三轮自行车各组成零件的三维模型并对其结构进行优化设计,要求零件结构合理,尺寸正确,完成儿童三轮自行车的三维装配图并进行运动仿真,要求装配关系正确,并要求完成主要零件的工程图。

ABSTRACT
The baby carriage manufacturing industry is still in the low-end position of the world’s baby carrier industry chain, which requires us to carefully analyze the current situation of the development of the three-wheeled bicycle, find the deficiency and lay the foundation for its future development. The lack of the original design of the independent property right, the problem of the safety quality of the product and so on is still a huge problem affecting the new step of the baby carriage manufacturing industry. The analysis and research of the present situation and the trend of the development of the children’s three-wheeled bicycle is an important means of cultivating the innovation ability of the enterprise and strengthening the competitive ability of the enterprise. Through the market research of the three-wheel bicycle for children, the problems existing in the manufacture of the three-wheeled bicycle for children are analyzed, the structure of the three-wheel bicycle is further proposed, The rationalization suggestions on the improvement of the functions and other aspects make the enterprises rapidly improve the independent innovation ability of children’s car products, maintain the competitive advantage in the market, and further promote the position of Chinese children’s three-wheel bicycle manufacturing industry in the world industry chain.
This design analyzes the structure and working principle of children’s three-wheeled bicycle, and studies the basic operation, feature modeling method and motion simulation of Proe three-dimensional modeling software, etc. The three-dimensional model of each component of children’s three-wheeled bicycle is drawn correctly and its structure is optimized. It is required that the parts have reasonable structure and correct dimensions. The three-dimensional assembly drawing of children’s three-wheel bicycle is completed and the motion simulation is carried out. The assembly relationship is required to be correct, and the drawings of the main parts are required to be completed.
